“The collection improvement plan (PAC), initiated at the national level by Eco-Emballages, makes it possible to finance actions aimed at improving sorting in areas with poor performance. Saint-Martin is also eligible for this scheme. Every three months, a committee will meet to take stock. The president and the 1st vice-president Guillaume Arnell are satisfied with this advance "whose first effects will be felt during the first quarter of 2016, with the implementation of the first actions with the general public".
