Undertake the repair of severely damaged tracks (clearing, cleaning, securing tracks); consolidate structures threatening to collapse (securing infrastructure and superstructures); restore the functioning of the networks; undertake relief actions for disaster victims (temporary accommodation and any action contributing to it, distribution of water and other foodstuffs, other assistance and support for people, etc.), these are the four missions of Semsamar given by the Community following a mandate agreement 

In order for Semsamar to be able to carry out the missions entrusted to it, a first provisional envelope was granted to it up to 5 million euros financed by a specific overdraft line set up by the SEM with the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

The mandate began on September 7 and will end when the work is completed. Semsamar will receive 3% of the expenses incurred in the context of these missions.
