IO TV, the only television channel in Saint-Martin authorized by the Superior Audiovisual Council (CSA), should be officially launched next September. Laetitia Gentil and Loïc Lagoutte are the creators of this new channel which will be offered free of charge on digital terrestrial television (TNT). The opportunity to remind the population that this television service is also accessible in Saint-Martin without a subscription from an operator. Nine free channels, including the France Télévisions bouquet, are thus offered to viewers, including IO TV. TNT made its appearance overseas in November 2010, according to the Ministry of Culture and Communication. Note that TNT has modernized by generalizing HD since April 5. _EH
