AR026-2019: Within the framework of the organization of the third edition of the “SXM MUSIC FESTIVAL” organized by the Company “TUNED PRODUCTIONS” represented by Mrs. Krystel ARBIA, it is forbidden to anchor boats in the bay of Happy Bay from Wednesday March 13, 2019 from 7 a.m. to Monday March 18, 2019 at 8 a.m.
• AR027-2019: Within the framework of the organization of the third edition of the “SXM MUSIC FESTIVAL” organized by the Company “TUNED PRODUCTIONS” represented by Madame ARBIA Krystel, it is carried to delimit a swimming area in the bay of Happy Bay on Wednesday 13 March at 07 a.m. to Monday March 18, 2019 at 08 a.m.
This is how the Bay of Happy Bay will be reserved in part for swimming by the public as well as festival-goers in accordance with the following indications:
A zone delimited from the shore over a distance of 100 meters to the left of Happy Bay will be exclusively reserved for swimming by non-festival-goers. Another zone delimited from the shore for a distance of 200 meters to the right of Happy Bay will be exclusively reserved for festival-goers; this area will be materialized using suitable buoys visible both day and night. The buoys must be installed in accordance with the regulations in force. Lifeguards must be kept permanently at their posts throughout the festival period. Swimming is not supervised; increased vigilance should be observed by bathers in the strip reserved for the public.
• AR028-2019: As part of the organization of the third edition of the "SXM MUSIC FESTIVAL", it is prohibited to nautical activities in the 300-meter zone in the bay of Happy Bay from Wednesday March 13, 2019 at 07 a.m. to Monday March 18, 2019 from 08 a.m.
All these measures must be respected in order to guarantee optimal security and functioning of the event.
