A person acting abnormally and aggressively refused to cooperate with the psychiatric staff who came to take care of her. An altercation then ensued between the latter and the police. Dutch. During the heated altercation, the unbalanced man suffered a broken arm and bruises, while police officers trying to restrain him suffered minor injuries.
After receiving treatment on site, the mentally ill individual was transported to Sint Maarten Medical Center for appropriate treatment. _AF
