Last Monday around 15:40 p.m. a traffic accident occurred on AJC Brouwers road near Harold Jack. The driver of a two-wheeler was seriously injured after losing control of his vehicle.
According to initial findings, the rider of a T-Max scooter from Cole-Bay lost control of his machine, fell before hitting a car coming in the opposite direction.
The motorcyclist suffered numerous facial injuries. Police say his life is not in danger.
The victim was transported to Sint Maarten Medical Center for examinations and treatment.
