Every year, Rio Productions organizes the Lighted Parade. Traditionally, it takes place just before Carnival but this year it could not be held for reasons that one can easily imagine. It was without counting on the energy of the organizers! Despite the difficulties and pushed by its followers, Rio Productions launched last weekend to the delight of participants.
