The new Valls government has 38 ministers and secretaries of state, presented yesterday by a press release from the Élysée.
Among the outgoing personalities, Laurent Fabius, Fleur Pellerin and Marylise Lebranchu. Jean-Marc Ayrault is replacing Laurent Fabius at the Quai d'Orsay. As for environmentalists, three of them are entering government.
