This Tuesday, December 1, the Prefect of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, Sylvie Feucher, the Presidents of the communities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin and the head of the public finance center will co-chair the installation of the committee of regional management responsible for monitoring the implementation of the national recovery plan in Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.
The meeting will take place by videoconference with Saint-Barthélemy and SGAR Guadeloupe. The installation of the steering and monitoring committee is part of the signing scheduled for December, of territorial revival agreements between the State and the communities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.
The agenda of the meeting will focus on the territorial variation of the measures of the national recovery plan divided into three main axes: ecological transition, competitiveness and social and territorial cohesion.
The aspects of business assistance, the “1 young person 1 solution” program and support for regional projects will be discussed in particular.
In addition to its 4 co-presidents, the steering and monitoring committee of the recovery plan includes parliamentarians from the territories of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, State services and operators, the CCISM and CEM consular chambers, the Caisse Depots and Consignment, CESC of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, Pôle emploi.
