The creation of a socio-educational home was one of the subjects addressed by the Public Prosecutor of the jurisdiction of Basse-Terre Samuel Finielz, during his last visit to the Hotel de la Collectivité.
"This project is on track," announced the COM. The Director General of Services (DGS) Philippe Million has also worked on this file with the Ministry in Paris. This home should offer a reception center for delinquent minors and a children's service with accommodation for minors at risk, the COM said. As part of this meeting, the prosecutor also indicated that a new victim assistance association would soon be created in the territory.
