By running in the June legislative elections, Frantz Gumbs knew that in the event of victory, he could not seek this mandate as deputy and that of member of the executive council and vice-president of the COM according to the organic law of February 14, 2014.
On June 20, Frantz Gumbs sent his resignation from the post of second vice-president and member of the executive council to the president of the COM, Louis Mussington, who transmitted it to the prefect in accordance with the general code of local authorities.
This post being vacant, Louis Mussigton invited his colleagues from the territorial council meeting in plenary session on Friday morning to elect a new vice-president. Only one candidacy was presented, that of Bernadette Davis. This was elected unanimously.
She became Vice President in charge of the Living Environment division. This delegation is made up of four departments: management support, regional and urban planning, environment/water/energy and technical services.
