Swimming with fins: Jef Follner wins the 3000 m of Pointe Noire!

For his resumption of competition, Jef Follner (Team Allianz) did not go by half measures. Despite being the oldest swimmer (54 years) of the 25 competitors, he won brilliantly over 3000m.

In difficult conditions, against the current and headwind, he was almost 4 minutes ahead of the second. It took the experience of an old sea bass to face the elements and find the right orientation.

He of course qualified for the Guadeloupe championship. He thanked the Pointe Noire club for their warm welcome and the Allianz Bizet-Capelle firm for its support.
