The cellar artist teaches in mainland France and does Master Classes, he created the Maison du Rhum in Paris and has just opened a second unit. With his father, they created the Show La Viny with musicians and dancers, but it was Eddy who took the show around the world during the years 2000-2010. Indeed, Gérard La Viny hated the plane following the crash of a Boeing on Guadeloupe in 1962, in which his father was. The Show La Viny travels the world and China, Japan, the Middle East, the United States, Brazil, England and even Africa host the Caribbean show.
