Civic service mission: Ten young people from Saint-Martin in the spotlight!

0

The Collectivity of Saint-Martin, represented by its 3rd vice-president, Sofia Carti, and the State, represented by the secretary general of the Prefecture, Mickael Doré, honored 10 young people from Saint-Martin who have operated in recent months, as civic service agents , within the COM.

Civic service missions have a fixed duration of 8 months. These 10 young people thus received their certificate of end of mission.

Financed by the State with the support of the Collectivity, these 10 contracts having expired they have been replaced by new civic service agents.

10 civic service positions are assigned to the two MSAPs in Saint-Martin, and others to social services. The Public Service Houses are located in Quartier d'Orléans and Sandy Ground.

The main missions of these young people are to welcome and support users in their administrative formalities and support for the autonomy of vulnerable users.

They also carry out public awareness and information missions, particularly as environmental ambassadors, through concrete actions in the field.

The Community wishes to salute the commitment of these 10 young people assigned to the MSAP, who have shown great availability to serve our users during their public service mission. Their role within the territorial institution was essential and we thank them.
