Better protect traditional housing in Saint-Louis / Rambaud

0

Last November, the president of the Collective announced his desire to draw up a Saint-Martin land use and development plan (PADSM) or Saint-Martin's urban plan.

The principle has been adopted by the territorial council, its content and its drafting are in progress. In the meantime, changes to the land use plan (POS) are made and subject to public consultation. One is currently proposed. It consists in particular of modifications which concern the Saint-Louis / Rambaud sector. It is proposed to protect 8,9 hectares of this traditional housing sector now classified as MU by classifying it as MU, an area with more protective regulations. It would thus be prohibited there all grouped operations of hotel business or para hotel business, collective buildings of more than 4 dwellings per land unit as well as constructions whose facade length exceeds 30 meters. As is already the case at the level of the village of Colombier. These modifications can be consulted on the Community's website where it is possible to leave a comment and to the town planning department. Those who wish to make comments have until April 9 to do so. (More details on www.soualigapost.com)
