The American company Crystal Cruises, specializing in luxury cruising, will position the Crystal Esprit in Saint Martin from November 2017 for the next three years. "This is excellent news after several months of negotiations," said Albéric Ellis, the director of the port of Galisbay.
Crystal Esprit is a small unit comprising 31 suites (62 passengers) and 91 crew members. The trips are one week long and will start from Marigot every Sunday throughout the year.
"Passengers will embark and disembark on the quay at the port in Galisbay. We will thus arrange and facilitate their reception because the requirements are very important ”, explains Albéric Ellis.
"The choice of Crystal Cruises to position such a boat proves that we have real potential," insists the port manager. "We need a cruise dock and now is the time to act."
