The Caribbean Journal recently unveiled the name of the best chef in the entire Caribbean for 2015. And the choice was not easy. Chef Franck Mear from Le Pressoir restaurant in Grand-Case received the praise. According to the publication, he left Brittany 16 years ago to come to Saint-Martin with "all the attributes of a great chef".
