Firstrd edition of the Noctambule organized by the “Dream of Trail” Association met a new popular success with no less than 315 participants registered on the 10 km and 4 km routes.
La Noctambule is a new fun and festive concept, accessible to all: alone or in a team, with friends or family, with the soul of a top sportsman or occasional runner, business manager or student, everyone is the welcome!
The 10 km race reserved for confirmed runners saw the victory of the big favorite, Greg Pigeon, who surprised the course on the trails of Bellevue in 52'25. He is ahead of his runner-up, Genel Jacsaint, by more than 5 minutes at the finish line, Gerben Tomassen completing the podium with a time of 58'52.
For the girls, the race has been beautiful. Indeed, Jelle Janssens won in 1h07'52 with a few meters ahead of Céline Verdonck, Adeline Lux finishing in 3rd place in 1h08'08.
Suffice to say that victory was played for a handful of seconds. What a final!
Another highlight of this 4th edition of the Noctambule: the 4 km! A rather festive event where young and old have "swallowed" the distance in joy and good humor. Without forgetting the carnivalesques omnipresent throughout the course!
For the record, William Huc crossed the finish line as winner (24'27) ahead of Ronan Garnier and Lou Nkapa.
On the girls' side, Sarah Coupillet climbed on the 1st step of the podium with a time of 25'52, Sandra Garnier and Margot Corroy finishing respectively in 2nd and 3rd place.
