One of the priorities given by President Daniel Gibbs to the new COM human resources director who arrived on September 1, 2017 was to "regularize the positions" of Saint-Martinois who were in precarious conditions.
"I want all contracts to be done according to the rules," said Daniel Gibbs. Thus forty category C posts which were "in the greatest legal uncertainty" will be regularized. In addition, 30 other positions will be created. In total, elected officials approved the creation of 65 full-time positions and five for a 28-hour working week. Their cost will be integrated into the 2018 budget which will be voted on at the end of March by elected officials. (More details on www.soualigapost.com)
