The excitement on the docks and the hustle and bustle at Simpson Bay are palpable as the competitors make the final preparations for the 38th edition of the Sint-Maarten Heineken Regatta, which begins today with the traditional round of the island, all classes combined.
More than 100 world-class teams representing 25 countries and eight Caribbean islands will be present in the different races of Maxi, Ocean Racing, CSA, Bareboat, Melges 24, Multihull and Island Time Classes.
