The Regional Health Agency (ARS) and COREVIH are launching an information and awareness campaign dedicated to sexual health month which aims, among other things, to promote consent, the prevention of HIV, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) ) and unwanted pregnancies while encouraging responsible sexuality.
Throughout this month, Saint-Martin actors will be mobilized, in their premises or in neighborhoods such as Agrément or Quartier d'Orléans with the populations but also via their social networks, to inform you about sexual health with a global approach. and positive but above all through the three themes chosen: diversified prevention, contraception and consent.
Among these actors, many associations such as AIDES Saint-Martin, ALEFPA – Le Manteau, the Red Cross, SAFE and the hospital screening center regularly organize workshops on sexual health with screening, including that of this Thursday, June 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the AIDES premises in Concordia, and the promotion of PREP and repeated screening in the territory of Saint-Martin. An intervention will be held in Saint-Barthélemy on June 22 all day. As a reminder, all screening is free and anonymous. Free also applies to emergency contraception. By taking care of your sexual health, you protect yourself and others. Find the complete program of interventions on our online version. _VX
