Practical information: Everything you need to know about the crisis organization of the Collectivity services and the help lines set up for the continuity of the public service

As part of the Public Service Continuity Plan set up by the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, the administrative services of the Collectivity are mobilized as follows:

Telephone service at the Hôtel de la Collectivité, open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 00 p.m., the 05 90 87 50 04.

Permanences in the services:

Department of services to the population: Civil status (births and deaths): telephone hotline on 05 90 87 61 80, from 8 a.m. to 15 p.m., Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Physical permanence has been implemented in compliance with hygiene measures, for emergency civil status formalities (birth / death certificates): Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 00 p.m.

For the Securities service, your urgent requests can be sent by email to the following address:

For the delivery of Passport and National Identity Card titles, the State extended the delivery period by 3 months in the context of the COVID-19 crisis. The citizens who receive messages informing them of the arrival of their title will be able to withdraw their passport or CNI, after the period of confinement.

The technical services will be mobilized for any emergency intervention in public buildings or in public space.

Services of the "Solidarity and Families" delegation (elderly people, people with disabilities, childhood and families, people in precariousness): 05.90.29.13.10

The social obligation will respond to urgent situations.
