Caf reception agents are sometimes confronted with aggressive behavior on the part of beneficiaries. To respond to this, the National Family Allowance Fund launched, in December 2016, its first national campaign against incivility.

Since 2015, the censuses conducted by the National Family Allowance Fund (Cnaf) and the Union of National Social Security Funds (Ucanss) reveal an increase in incivility in the reception points of Cafes. This year, the phenomenon increased with 4 acts reported at the end of November 567. Among the reports, more than 2016% denounce verbal violence, 51% of incivility, 35% of psychological violence, 7% of physical violence, and 4 % of violence against property.

Faced with this situation, the Cnaf decided to react and launch its first national campaign against incivility. To rediscover the fundamental values ​​of living together, it revolves around two slogans: “Whoever remains polite is welcome” and “Whoever launches verbal threats risks criminal sanctions”. The first invites good behavior, the second exposes the penalties incurred. Depending on the Caf, these messages may be visible on the screens present in the reception areas, but also on posters (silkscreens, stickers), markings on the ground, or through agents who wear anti-t-shirts and badges. -incivilities.
