Organized by DP Dance Salsa, this event took place this weekend over 4 days including 2 evenings in the large Sonesta performance hall in Maho and 2 evenings in the Palm d'Or. The evening was presented by the talented RICKIE "from St-Martin", an almost "one-man show" as host of the 2 evenings.
A dozen professional couples were able to show off their talents to the large number of people who came as connoisseurs. Among the dancers, Puerto Rico was well represented with in particular the world champion Bruno Rodriguez, but also Cuba with the famous Alberto Valdes, Colombia, the USA ...
Fans were also able to take dance lessons with the Pros on Saturday and Sunday morning. Peggy Oulerich's troupe was also present at the event. The group K-Banna Live Band made all these salsa lovers dance during the closing evening at the Palm d'Or.
DP Dance Salsa is a school offering New York Style, Cuban and Bachata salsa lessons. Dance evenings and workshops are regularly organized.
