Last weekend, a delegation of ten Tamarin players participated in the St-Kitts Open.
On the dream course of Frigate Bay, our representatives were keen to achieve great performances during this highly anticipated annual meeting.
At the end of these 2 days of competition which brought together nearly a hundred local golfers and nearby islands, Raymond Percival of St-Kitts won the “champion” category with a score of 143 (+1). Pierre Garcia (Hcp 5), 14, who rubbed shoulders in the same category with the best players in the region, finished 3rd in net with a score of 75 on the 1st day and 81 on the 2nd (156 in total), which is a good performance. In the “Men” category Yannick finished 3rd in gross and in “Dame” Anne-Marie Bouillé finished 3rd in net. Next big meeting: the Anguilla Open from June 10 to 12.
