On the occasion of the ceremony in the colors, General Thierry Renard, at the head of the command of the gendarmerie of Guadeloupe and the Northern Islands gave awards last Tuesday to 5 deserving personnel of the company of the gendarmerie of Saint-Martin.
• A citation to the order of the brigade for 2 reservists of the gendarmerie. These courageous and responsive soldiers were injured while carrying out their mission in a sensitive area, during a control operation, when the person they were trying to intercept refused to comply.
• An individual letter of congratulations to 3 soldiers from the Saint-Martin research section and the Marigot brigade following major judicial inquiries.
