The Gendarmerie has just set up an online complaint system for credit card scams.
Do you notice a bank card transaction on the internet that you did not originate while you are still in possession of your bank card? After opposing your credit card to your bank, report this fraud directly to law enforcement online via the new teleservice entitled Percev @ l, accessible 24/24 from the page. next :

This platform allows victims of fraudulent use of the CB to report the facts and obtain a receipt facilitating their administrative procedures, including reimbursement by their bank.
To make this report online,
you need :
- create an account on Service-public.fr via France Connect;
- have your bank card and your disputed bank statements on hand.
This report should help the Gendarmerie and the Police to identify the authors of fraudulent appropriations / concealment of bank card numbers.
Once this notification has been made, you will receive a receipt which you can present to your bank in order to facilitate your request for reimbursement of the disputed banking operations from it.
PERCEVAL is a new online service for the benefit of users, who will no longer have to travel to report the facts.
Please note, however, this receipt does not exempt you from filing a complaint with the competent services. As an indication, nearly a million facts are reported each year on all French territories.
