Galion: phase 2 of the site development is launched

In 2019, the coastal conservatory began a development program for the Galion site. A first phase was carried out in 2020-2021.

Last month, the coastal conservatory launched the second phase of the development program by publishing a new call for tenders. It is now a question of "equipping the site with public reception furniture". It is thus planned to install five carbets, a garbage shelter, five picnic benches, two round tables for children. Two beach volleyball courts will also be created as well as a children's play area.

Companies interested in carrying out the work have until October 11 to submit their file to the coastal conservatory which estimated the work for the carbets to last nine months and those for the children's playground at eleven months. .

Finally, as a reminder, these operations are 80% financed by the State and 20% by the Coastal Conservatory under the Development Contract for phase 1 with a total cost of 400 euros and the Development Contract.
