0

The Adapted Military Service Regiment offers a new course, the aim of which is to train team leaders in companies. A profession that recruits, particularly in the logistics, sales or catering sectors. The Adapted Military Service Regiment (RSMA) is further strengthening its training offer.

After the launch of the new “Web developer” sector, the regiment continues to recruit volunteer interns who will be trained to become “company team leaders”. This new sector meets the needs of the territory and the economic world. For team leaders in companies, there is demand, especially in mass distribution, and therefore outlets. This involves training supervisors capable of leading a small team, taking initiatives, being autonomous or aiming for positions of responsibility.

Management trained

All young people between the ages of 18 and 25 can apply for this free and paid training, like all RSMA courses. To apply, you must be French, live in Guadeloupe, be physically fit and job seeker. It is open to both graduates and non-graduates if the latter have a little professional experience. For six months, the volunteer interns will benefit from 992 hours of training, at the same time military, citizen and professional. The heart of training is management. The idea is to transpose the know-how of the RSMA in terms of command, to the business world so that the trainees gain autonomy to supervise several team members, by learning, in particular, the exercise of authority, to distribute the task by assigning each one their mission and ensuring that it has been carried out.
