The Federal Football Certificate Level 3 (CFF3) took place from Thursday September 28 to Sunday September 30 under the expert direction of Yannick Desmontils, experienced trainer. More than 15 football enthusiasts took part in this intensive training, eager to hone their skills as educators.
During these intense days, the candidates followed and successfully completed their training, but the adventure is not yet over. Indeed, completing CFF3 involves a series of demanding assessments. Candidates will have to put themselves in a teaching situation for 15 minutes, followed by a 15-minute interview covering the sequence carried out. In addition, they will have to present an oral presentation of no more than 15 minutes, detailing their internship report, followed by an interview of no more than 15 minutes with the jury.
The evaluation of the internship report is a key element of this certification, involving the completion of 5 practical sessions in one of the two football-specific categories, at least one of which must be tutored.
As a result of this demanding training, educators will obtain the valuable “Federal Educator” license, which will open up new opportunities in the world of football. This certification is a crucial step for those who aspire to teach and coach football with skill and passion.
