The 17th edition of the Fish Festival or "Fish Day" will take place this Sunday, May 5, still at Cul de Sac - site of the Pinel pier. The opportunity for the population of Saint-Martin and the many tourists (!) To spend a nice family and friendly day!

An unmissable annual meeting in Saint-Martin, the “Fish Day” is celebrating its 17th edition this year. The opportunity for the inhabitants of the island and visitors to spend a day of relaxation and culinary discoveries on the theme of fish.

Young and old will obviously have the possibility of having lunch on site and tasting good traditional dishes.

Activities for children are also planned as well as musical entertainment throughout the day until 22 p.m.

Finally, as in previous editions, free shuttles from the Hope Estate car park will take you to the place of the event, parking on the area is prohibited.

The community of Saint-Martin invites the population to come and take advantage of this all-public, family and festive event and thanks its partners: the Tourist Office, St Martin Cars and Dauphin Telecom.

 Traffic management for Fish Day: instructions!

On the occasion of the seventeenth edition of the cultural festival known as Fish Day "Fish Day" organized by the Culture Service of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin on the Cul de Sac site, it is prohibited to park vehicles all along the Cul-de-Sac road, this Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 6 a.m. to 22 p.m.

Any vehicle in violation will be removed at the owner's expense. Motorists are called upon to park in the reserved parking areas marked for this purpose. Traffic signs will be installed at all useful points to advise motorists of the temporary traffic arrangements for this event. Emergency vehicles (Territorial Police, Ambulance, SDIS, National Gendarmerie) will have free access if necessary. The Territorial Police is responsible for the execution of this decree.  _AF
