Fête de la Musique: “Turn up the sound”!

0

June 21 is synonymous with Fête de la Musique! Since its launch (June 21, 1982), the success of this event which celebrates the arrival of summer has continued year after year in France. In Saint-Martin, several local artists will take the opportunity to stand out in the four corners of the island!

The purpose of this celebration is to promote music, above all by encouraging amateur musicians to perform freely and freely in the streets and public spaces. A kind of invitation to travel and to many meetings, thus promoting exchanges between the different cultures present on the "Friendly Island".

In short, on the side of Saint-Martin or Sint-Maarten, local artists will mainly invest in bars and restaurants to make you live an evening like no other.

In short, there will be music, people and the noise of the party everywhere, notably at the Yellow Sub at the soundtrack (!), At the Rainbow in Grand-Case where an open stage will be dedicated to local artists with many surprises planned throughout the evening, at the restaurant "La Frite au Vent", still in Grand-Case, with the Tahitian group "Rangihei Ori'Tahiti" but also at the Lagoonies Bar, in Cole Bay, for a Latin evening, without forgetting around Maho, Simpson Bay and elsewhere… everywhere on the island!

Also note a “Gwoka” evening organized this evening, starting at 19 pm, at the “Bread Fruit Bar”, located behind the bakery at Howell Center.

Again, it will "groove"! _AF
