A two-wheeler pilot died last Monday around 19:30 p.m. on the Cul-de-Sac road, near the American Tennis Academy.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the driver of the scooter, a 24-year-old Saint-Martin resident, hit the back of a vehicle during a dangerous overtaking before being hit head-on by a truck which was coming in the opposite direction. The shock was of rare violence. Note that the pilot was equipped with a helmet.
Despite the rapid arrival of help, the victim unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. _AF
