Low activity of arboviruses

In its latest bulletin, the French Institute for Public Health Surveillance (InVS) took stock of dengue and chikungunya in the West Indies. In Saint-Martin, the activity of arboviruses is calm.

Concerning dengue, the circulation of viruses remains moderate in Saint-Martin. As for chikungunya, the weekly number of consultations is at its lowest level in the last four months, explains the institute. In Saint-Barthélemy, the activity of arboviruses is also calm: no consultations have been recorded in recent weeks. Martinique and Guadeloupe are also experiencing respite.
