A web map of places and polling stations

By clicking on it, you will access the address of each place of your and the 19 corresponding polling stations. This configuration will be valid for the next elections (Territorial - Presidential - Legislative).

To view the web map and locate the location and address of your polling station, here is the link: http://com-saint-martin.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=cbac0b56c1ff4180906f3d6f6e7c96bc

The voter card sent by post

The electoral card will be sent by post to the 20 registered on the electoral list of Saint-Martin the week before the territorial elections, ie between March 152 and 13, 18. Your voting location and your polling station number will appear on your voter registration card.

If you do not receive your voter card on time, you can always go to the voting place corresponding to your place of residence, with your passport or your identity card to vote. The only condition: be registered on the electoral list.

Friar's Bay office transferred to Robert Weinum school complex

The community of Saint-Martin added 6 additional offices to reduce the queues at the polling places. Only the Friar's Bay office (residents of Cripple Gate - Friar's Bay - Colombier - Rambaud - Morne O'Reilly - La Savane) was closed for technical reasons and transferred to the Robert Weinum school district. Consequently, the voters registered in the offices n ° 8 and n ° 9 will have to go to vote in the school city.

Proxy voting

Proxy voting allows an elector who is absent on the day of an election (or a referendum) to be represented by an elector registered in the same municipality or on the same electoral list as him.

To give power of attorney to a third party, the process is done at the police station, the gendarmerie, or the district court near your home, or even with the consular authorities. Residents abroad will apply to the French consulate or embassy.

Voters have an interest in appearing in the relevant departments sufficiently early before a determined poll so that the proxy can be sent to the town hall. A power of attorney can be established for several electoral mandates (within the limit of 12 months).

The principal (the person giving the proxy) must present himself personally with an identity document, and complete the proxy voting form.
