Kindergarten registration: All sectors.
From January 22 to February 19, 2021
• Children born in 2018, 2017, 2016 (out of school)
• Children born between January 1, 2019 and August 31, 2019 (TPS) subject to availability.
Registration for the Preparatory Course (CP): All sectors.
Parents of children enrolled in GS will collect at school from March 1, 2021, the information sheet which, duly completed, will be submitted to the school affairs department between March 1 and March 31, 2021, as well as new requests. CP registrations.
From June 15 to June 30, 2021: Request for transfer to kindergarten.
From June 21 to June 30, 2021: Transfer request and new enrollment in elementary
Transfer requests will be studied on a case-by-case basis and granted within the limit of available places. The files will be subject to a specific analysis.
List of documents to be provided per child for any registration or transfer (no photocopies will be made at the office)
The registration request can only be accepted if the file is complete.
Documents concerning the child:
- Photocopy of the family record book or a birth certificate extract
- Photocopy of the vaccination record (pages 90 to 93)
- Medical certificate of aptitude for life in a school environment (new registration in kindergarten)
Documents concerning legal parents:
- photocopy of the identity document of the legal parents
- photocopy of proof of address in the names of the legal parents (EDF and SAUR invoices)
- photocopy of the 2019 tax notice or non-tax notice
- Photocopy of the judgment for the exercise of parental authority (in the event of separation, divorce) and the identity document of ascendants or persons legally responsible.
Transfer request or new registration (child already in school):
- Certificate of radiation (in the event of a change of public or private school)
Registration certificates are to be collected from June 15, 2021 for kindergarten and June 23, 2021 for elementary school.
Public reception hours:
Monday to Friday 8h30 to 12h30 and 13h00 to 15h00.
