Decree No. 2022-485 of April 5, 2022 establishes a specific aid scheme for small and medium-sized enterprises in the public works sector particularly affected by the economic and financial consequences of the war in Ukraine.
Its amount corresponds to 0,125% of annual turnover for 2021 and is capped at €200 at group level.
A form intended for companies located in the Overseas Communities (COM) was put online on Tuesday, May 31 on the taxes.gouv.fr website (resilience plan section).
The filing of requests and the examination by the Directorate General of Public Finances are based on the circuit set up for the management of component 1 of the solidarity fund.
Companies located in the COMs of Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre et Miquelon are currently eligible for "Public Works" aid.
Applications can be submitted until June 30, 2022.
