Economy: Operation "Mon Beau Commerce" to help traders

0

The Collectivity of Saint-Martin is in a dynamic of economic development and invests in the long term for the future of Saint-Martin. In a permanent concern to support the development of the island, the Collectivity has just set up the “Mon Beau Commerce” system.

A device that should allow traders in Marigot and Grand-Case to renovate and secure the storefront and sign of their business. To help traders, the Collectivity provides a contribution on the investment of up to 8000 euros, for each project leader. President Daniel Gibbs assures us that this is only the beginning because other operations to support traders will soon be initiated, "in particular thanks to the work of the delegation for economic development, chaired by my vice-president Yawo Nyuiadzi". All of these actions are carried out within the framework of a global development strategy "based on our tourism development plan 2017-2027". _RM
