A title that probably intrigues you that disgusts you! It's true, even if I can't believe it myself, I loved it!
Many of us have seen the videos of this woman, Kris, who showed us how to purify contaminated or even contaminated water using a "revolutionary" purifier. I recently had the opportunity to meet the designer of the company Aqua by Kris. I admit to having found him very sympathetic but in spite of the desire to believe in it, I remained frankly skeptical. Purifying any water was a little big! A few days ago, I crossed again and there, impossible to cut there, the posture of journalist obliges, sometimes, to give of his person. Nothing to do, I had to try. We met at the Marina, in a charming little restaurant. We agreed to have breakfast and talk about his product. At first I thought that I was going to be able to escape it since she could not carry her water pump with her. What was my surprise when she told me that the equipment in question was in her bag. Misery! The footprint is minimal and it can carry it everywhere, I would not cut it. For the purposes of the experiment, we ask the owners of the premises if they do not have a little dishwater left or if we cannot wring out the mop which was used to wash the floor. Obviously, dirty water, they had ... They bring me the bucket of water that was used to clean the floor. The water is frothy, black, full of dust ... It was the moment when I almost ran away and planted it there.
Finally, I gather all my courage and I stand up straight next to her, I watch her pump the filthy water. First observation, rather impressive, the water flowing in my glass is crystal clear. While filling it, Kris explains to me that its revolutionary pump rids water of all microbes, viruses, bacteria, chlorine and of course, odor, color, taste and radioactivity, it is also this range of material that was distributed in Fukushima after the nuclear accident. The results have been validated by numerous independent laboratories, including the Pasteur Institute. At least that was needed to reassure me. And then, finally, the crucial moment arrives, I must taste… I start by feeling the water which no longer has any odor. Finally, I bring the glass to my mouth and in a measured burst of courage, I swallow a micro sip of this purified water. I cannot express all my surprise in writing and that is a shame. Water has no taste, no smell, no color, nothing terrifying. Reassured, I finished my glass and I can assure you that I savored it like the glass of water, very fresh, that we offer ourselves after a nasty puff of anxiety! _NB
