The Medal of Honor for Overseas Commitment is intended to reward and honor anyone who has eminently served the overseas cause.
As such, five Saint-Martin residents were awarded the Medal of Honor for Overseas Engagement at the bronze level by order of the Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Interior and Overseas Departments dated January 17 2023.
Thus, the Delegate Prefect of the Northern Islands, Vincent Berton presents his sincere congratulations to the five recipients and thanks them for their commitment and their investment in the service of Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.

– Mrs Stephanie GUMBS, officer in the prefecture of Saint-Barthélémy
– Mrs. Marie-Antoinette LAMPIS, Director of the hospital center
– Mrs. Peggy OULERICH, Director of an integration association
