On the initiative of Babette de Rozières, the overseas gastronomy fair will take place at the Paris Event Center, porte de la Villette, from February 12 to 15, 2016.
On 8000 m², visitors will be able to discover the gastronomic heritage of the overseas territories and taste specialties. On this occasion, the prizes “creation and innovation” and “most beautiful and most attractive stand” will be awarded to the winners.
