A delegation made up of elected officials, 1st Vice-President, Alain Richardson, and 2nd Vice-President, Bernadette Davis and technicians from the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, Sabrina Placidoux, Director of Regional Planning and Urban Planning and Cédric Benjamin, Director of Information Systems and the company Computech made the trip to Barcelona as part of the project to re-plan and rebuild a digital, sustainable and more socially inclusive Saint-Martin.
The conference focuses on the preliminary vision before future planning and subsequent construction phases.
