“I was very touched to learn of the death of Mrs. Hilda Roper from Quartier d'Orléans, on December 31, at the age of 96.

Hilda was the mother of our Human Resources Director, Vernon Roper, and the grandmother of our territorial agents Paul Dollin, Director of People's Autonomy at the Solidarity and Families Pole, Josiane Toucet, member of the Territorial Police, and Emmanuel Fleming, registrar.

She was also the grandmother of the president of the CCISM, Jean Arnell and Alain Roper, both managers of COMPUTECH, an IT company, provider of the Collectivity.

Madame Roper was a highly regarded personality in her stronghold in the Quartier d'Orléans. She was known for her sense of family and her interest in others. She has long accompanied her grandchildren, but also the youth of her village, with her attentions and precious advice. She will remain a model for many.

The Collectivity of Saint-Martin, the territorial advisers and the administrative agents, associate themselves with the family's grief and salute the journey of Hilda ROPER.

Our deep condolences go out to the children, grandchildren, the whole family and loved ones. ”
