The financial and organizational audits will make it possible to “optimize the budget” and the results will show “the areas of savings and improvement to be implemented”. As for the institutional audit, its objective is to “identify all the dysfunctions since 2007”, declared the president, evoking article 74 which is “a formidable toolbox”.
