Yesterday, category 2 hurricane "Padme" crossed Guadeloupe. The prefect had asked the population to respect the security measures, as part of this cyclone risk preparation exercise. Today, the Red Cross is organizing in Marie-Galante the “72 hours of autonomy” exercise implemented by the Americas Caribbean Regional Intervention Platform (PIRAC).
