This year, Haitian associations on both sides of the island, including the United Haitian Community of Sint-Maarten, the Association Les A or the PEC, wanted to strengthen their ties in order to offer the population a beautiful celebration. of the Haitian flag.
It is under the slogan "1 Nation, 1 Flag" that the Haitians feasted through a beautiful program highlighting the two-color of which they are so proud.
The committee thanks all those who made the trip to the flag festival and especially the Haitian consul in Curaçao Mr. Adam Raymond and the representative of the Haitian consul of Guadeloupe in Saint-Martin, Ms. Nadia Morin.
