The 14th Saint-Martin Book Fair opens today with the theme “The Science of It.” Organized by several partners including the Conscious Lyrics Foundation and the House of Nehesi publishing house, this three-day event is the event not to be missed to meet many authors including Quince Duncan (Costa Rica), Gérard Van Veen ( Saint-Martin), Nalo Hopkinson (Canada) or even Yvonne Denis-Rosario (Puerto Rico). The official ceremony will take place this evening, from 20 p.m., at Pointe Blanche, on the Dutch side. Scientist Camille Wardrop Alleyne will deliver the opening speech.
