As of April 17, Sint Maarten has 64 confirmed cases of Covid-19 (44 men and 20 women).
Prime Minister Syveria Jacobs said 87 people are still in self-isolation, all with suspicious symptoms related to Covid-19. Also note that 98 people are to date in the fortnight.
Among the new positive cases, one patient had to be hospitalized at the Sint Maarten Medical Center (SMMC).
Remember that 9 people have died since the beginning of the epidemic on the Dutch side.
