In an audio message broadcast Tuesday evening, Prime Minister Sylvia Jacobs announced bad news: 10 of the 19 tests that were pending returned positive. This brings the number of cases of Covid-16 in part Dutch to 19.
Silveria Jacobs also announced that she unfortunately learned of the death of a person who was confined to her home, the latter being suspected of carrying the virus. She died at her home on Tuesday.
