This committee checks the titles and gives favorable or unfavorable opinions. Recently, I drew the attention of President Aline Hanson, because this commission, created in 2009, does not have a “legal” form. Each mandate must create its own commissions.
4. In the memorandum of understanding, it is a question of "modifying by deliberation the field of competence" of this commission "to include there questions linked to the verification of tickets and prices". What does that mean ?
It's totally blurry. If this deliberation is put on the agenda of the next Territorial Council, the debates will turn towards the establishment of a new commission which will then be able to set prices, verify titles and give opinions. I remind you that the prices per m2 for the plots located in the area known as the 50 geometric steps were fixed by the executive council. Secondly, it will be necessary to look into the creation of a second commission which will validate the titles. The COM will have to make a request to the State. The departmental commission for the verification of property titles in the area known as the 50 geometric steps exists in Guadeloupe and Martinique.
